Welcome to this, our very first electronic newsletter, which we will be publishing periodically to keep our subscribers informed of the goings-on at the Deaf Empowerment Firm ('DEF')!  Empowerment activities include the need for open and transparent communication between all parties concerned - and of course, not least, the Deaf Community!

With this premise in mind, we invite you to submit drafts / abstracts of prospective articles for inclusion in future editions and issues of our newsletter.  It follows that all such articles must be focussed on and will exclusively concern the Deaf, with DEF retaining the sole right to publish and provide appropriate editorial comment, as warranted.
